Key Account Manager (Saas - Restaurant Industry)

We’re on the lookout for a motivated Key Account Manager to join our tight-knit crew at Prestau. If you’ve got a knack for building relationships and a passion for the restaurant / hospitality industry, especially Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs) and Fast Casual, you might just be the perfect fit. Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Builder: You’ll be the go-to for our key clients in the QSR and Fast Casual world.
  • Personalised Touch: Reach out to leads through emails and calls, but let’s keep it real – we’re all about quality over quantity.
  • Virtual Coffee Chats: Hop on those virtual meetings, have genuine conversations, and strengthen those connections.
  • Solution Seeker: Dive into each account’s needs, brainstorm solutions, and find ways to make magic happen.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to spot opportunities and make our clients shine.
  • Issue Solver: Be the hero our clients deserve – quick resolutions and smiles all around.
  • Contract Whisperer: Smoothly handle contract renewals and keep things running like a well-oiled machine.
  • Client Advocate: Speak up for the clients and give our products a boost with your insights.
  • Trend Tracker: Stay on top of industry trends and tech developments to guide our clients’ success.


Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or something equally awesome. MBA? Bonus points!
  • 3+ years crushing it as a Key Account pro, ideally in the SaaS world and giving a nod to the restaurant/hospitality scene.
  • You’re no stranger to the SaaS universe and have a soft spot for QSRs and Fast Casual gems.
  • Solid communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple accounts.
  • If you’ve got a network in the hospitality scene, we’re definitely intrigued.
