Welcome to Prestau.com (“Prestau”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our menu design packages, subscription-based menu management software, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By purchasing, subscribing, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Services Offered

We provide:

  1. Menu Design Packages – One-time purchases delivered digitally.
  2. Menu Management Software – Subscription-based, cloud-hosted software that allows restaurants to create, edit, and manage their menus online.

Account Registration

To use certain Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD/GBP/CAD/EUR and include/exclude applicable taxes as stated at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us (and Stripe as our payment processor) to charge your payment method.
  • Subscriptions: Your subscription will auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with Section 7.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; changes will apply to new purchases and renewals only.

Delivery of Services

  • Menu Design Packages will be delivered digitally to your registered email or account within the timeframe specified on the product page.
  • Menu Management Software access is granted immediately after payment confirmation and remains active for the subscription period.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Menu Design Packages: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once delivered, unless required by law.
  • Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
  • If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at support@prestau.com.

License and Acceptable Use

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your restaurant’s internal business purposes only.
  • You agree not to copy, resell, or reverse-engineer our software, designs, or any part of the Services.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided by Prestau are owned by or licensed to us. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prestau shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
